Cannons Creek is a small coastal town nearby Warneet and Blind Bight. The gorgeous coastal towns are popular for fishing and boating enthusiasts. On our visit to Cannons Creek they were creating a lovely picnic area near the Cannons Creek jetty and boat ramp. The area recently named The Bluff Lookout offers scenic views of the mangroves which line the channels. From here you can see over to Warneet.
Just minutes from The Bluff Lookout point there are 2 car parks. From the carparks, depending on the tide you can walk along the tiny beach.
On our visit fishermen were relaxing along the beach whilst eagerly waiting for their catch of the day.
From The Bluff Lookout you can stroll along the track and get scenic views across the water and watch the boats. Perhaps you just want to sit and take in the peacefulness.
