Most tourists head to the Nobbies where you not only find the famous clifftop board walk but also the Nobbies Centre. Here you can grab a refreshment as you sit behind a huge glass window allowing you to look out over Western Port Bay and to Seal Rocks as you recharge your batteries. Once you’re recharged there is an Antartic Journey which you can visit, it’s a great place for kids to learn about the whales, seals, penguins and other animals who live on the Antarctica. For those wanting a souvenir to remember your experience you will find a gift shop full of penguin memorabilia.
Reasons to Visit the Nobbies Centre

When you step outside the Nobbie Centre you can stroll along the 1.2km return boardwalk which is along the southwest tip of Phillip Island. This is one place you want to remember to bring your binoculars. The panoramic view from the boardwalk is breath taking. Through your binoculars you may be lucky to see the seals on Seal Rock or during whale watching season a whale. Towards the end of the boardwalk is the Blow Hole lookout.
