Twin Reefs, Inverloch

November 30, 2019

When visiting the Twin Reefs the tide was in. It was a very wet windy day. A day where you’d get to go for a walk in between the downpours of rain. The wind sweeping through your hair as you fasten your walking pace to beat the next downpour of rain. With this in mind we walked down the stairs from the car park where the sea met the stairs!! Our idea of taking a fast or slow paced walk along the beach was short lived.

Our experience here was not like we’d seen in other photos of the area. We could only capture the beach from the car park.

Swimming at Twin Reefs

Swimming is not recommended here as it can be very hazardous in both high and low tides due to the number of rocks and strong currents.

Is the beach dog friendly?

Dogs are not allowed on this beach.
